Respite Care
Our respite care program provides a range of activities including social support, recreation, and therapy. Designed to offer short-term and
long-term relief for caregivers, our services are flexible, ranging from a few hours to several weeks, and are available both in-home and at external facilities within New Jersey. The program is supported by our compassionate and skilled professionals.
Supported Employment Individual

With our pre-vocational training nothing is impossible. Our program will train and help you get the necessary work experience
and job skills you need to obtain a job. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to make great friends and work with talented coworkers that are there to support you. Our pre-vocational training program is designed to assist disabled people who have developmental disabilities become productive members of their communities.
Career Planning
Our career planning process involves a thorough assessment of individual strengths and aspirations, setting realistic goals, and charting a course to
achieve these goals, culminating in a detailed, regularly updated career plan tailored to everyone’s aspirations.
Support Brokerage
We provide comprehensive assistance in identifying both immediate and long-term needs, exploring various options to address these needs,
and accessing the necessary support and services. This includes help in selecting direct support providers, finding suitable living arrangements, and addressing financial concerns.
Behavior Management
Our staff is adept at setting clear behavioral expectations and fostering positive, socially beneficial behaviors.
